Shipping

We ship across Colombia. Delivery time and cost are confirmed on WhatsApp when the order closes. [PENDING: final carrier rates].

Returns and exchanges

You have 5 business days from delivery to request an exchange, with the piece unused and in its packaging. For hygiene, earrings are exchanged only for manufacturing defects.

Tracking

We send the tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as the order ships.
